Time Out For Parents

Raising your children will be one of the most vital and important tasks you'll ever undertake. And doesn't it push you to your limits?

You are invited to take part in a 5 week Time Out for Parents course.

The course covers topics such as:

• developing emotional security
• meaningful discipline
• keeping safe

The cost for the whole course is just £7 to cover a workbook, refreshments and administration.

A créche is provided for for pre school children during the day time sessions at a cost of £1 per child per session.
